Another high-rise building is coming to the Brooklyn waterfront.
Halcyon Management filed plans with the Department of Buildings on Wednesday for a 14-story residential building at 37 West Street in Greenpoint. The 90,734-square-foot building would contain 92 residential units across 87,434 square feet, with the remaining 3,300 square feet reserved for a community facility.
The portion of the lot where the building would go is currently occupied by a warehouse at 27 West Street, where Halcyon Management filed plans in 2015 for a 19-story building with 234 residential units.
Halcyon declined to comment.
A 40-story tower called the Greenpoint is on its way to the neighborhood as well at 21 India Street.
