Double tap: Here’s a look at the best shots shared on Instagram this week

TRD collects the best uploads from NYC, Miami and LA

A lot went down in the world of real estate this past week — and Instagram was there for us to document it all.

Here’s a look at some of the best uploads from around New York, Miami and Los Angeles.

1. Tectonic Photo captured the removal of the iconic “MetLife” sign from 200 Park Avenue. It won’t be gone for long, though — the tower is getting “modern” signage, with LED lights and an updated font.

2. Up, up and away: Posted by Calibre International Realty’s Marina Sirbu, this photo shows Muse Residences — a 49-story condo tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. — twisting toward the sky.

3. The struggle is real — am I right New York City renters?

4. The Agency posted this tribute shortly after Hugh Hefner’s death this week. Mauricio Umansky, along with Gary Gold and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland, brokered the record-breaking $100 million deal for the Playboy Mansion last year. What’s next for the former Playmate play pen? We asked some brokers to weigh in.

5. Douglas Elliman’s Michael Lorber has his eyes on the sky — more specifically, 432 Park Avenue And The Four Seasons Hotel On West 57th Street.

6. West Village-based shutterbug @maximusupinnyc caught this picture-perfect moment from Astoria, Queens. The moon is the orange wedge to the Chrysler Building’s toothpick (yes, we went there).

7. It’s a bird, it’s a plane — okay, it’s not Superman, but it is an excellent shot of a plane slicing through the clear blue California sky, courtesy of @kingcreeze.

8. Day and night, black or white — take your pick.

9. The Real Deal South Florida’s fall issue hit newsstands this week. Illustrator  @_kotynskyi_ brought to life the cover story, which examined the aftermath of Hurricane Irma on Miami real estate.
