Bottoms up! Edrington Americas, a sales and distribution arm of Scotland-based liquor company Edrington, inked a 25,000-square-foot lease for an office in the Flatiron District.
The company behind brands such as the Macallan, Snow Leopard and Tequila Partida, signed a 10-year lease for 25,390 square feet at the Rosen Group’s 27 West 23rd Street, the New York Post reported.
The asking rent in the deal was $65 per square foot.
Edrington will relocate from an office roughly half the size at L&L Holding Company’s 150 Fifth Avenue, where it’s on a sublease with music publisher EMI that ends in the spring.
The company will have a private entrance just a few steps away from Eataly and Madison Square Park at 18 West 24th Street. [NYP] – Rich Bockmann
