The ex-wife of South African billionaire hotel mogul Sol Kerzner is ready to make a deal on her swank Greenwich Lane duplex penthouse.
Heather Kerzner wanted $22.5 million for her 4,317-square-foot spread when it was first listed in July with Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes. But now, just three months later, she’s slashed her ask to a smidge under $20 million, according to the New York Post.
Kerzner, who paid $18.9 million for the apartment last year, slapped it back on the market around the same time her fiancé, British public relations mogul James Henderson, was accused of running a surreptitious social media campaign, inciting racialdivision in South Africa. Henderson’s firm, Bell Pottinger, went under and Kerzner was a 15 percent owner, the South Africa website Business Day reported. Their wedding has been indefinitely postponed, according to the Telegraph.
