Travel consultant Valerie Wilson Travel inked a lease for 25,000 square feet at Fisher Brothers’ 605 Third Avenue.

The company, which has 15 offices spread throughout the country, signed a 10-year lease for 25,258 square feet on the 19th and 24th floors at 1.1 million-square-foot tower, the landlord told The Real Deal.

Valerie Wilson will relocate its headquarters from its current location at Cohen Brothers Realty’s 475 Park Avenue South.

Fisher Brothers last year completed a $25 million renovation of its 43-story tower between East 39th and 40th streets, and partner Ken Fisher said the company has inked 261,000 square feet worth of office leases since the rehab with tenants who are attracted to the “Midtown location and unique blend of corporate and cutting edge features.”

Joseph Grotto of Cushman & Wakefield represented Valerie Wilson Travel. Marc Packman and Clark Briffel negotiated on behalf of Fisher Brothers in-house alongside a Cushman team of Bruce Mosler, Louis D’Avanzo, Andrew Ross, Michael Baraldi, and Maria Travlos.

Fisher Brothers recently signed the infrastructure-investment firm Meridiam to nearly 12,000 square feet of office space in the tower, and the fitness franchise Orangetheory Fitness to almost 6,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor and lower levels.

The information-services firm Informa earlier this year signed a lease for nearly 60,000 square feet in the building.
