Kushner Companies has slashed its asking price for a gut-renovated townhouse in Brooklyn Heights to $9.5 million.
The developer previously listed 100 Pierrepont Street for $11.25 million last year, the New York Post reported. Before leaving the company to serve as senior advisor to President Trump, Jared Kushner led the conversion of the multi-unit building — as well as two other properties at 38 and 27 Monroe Place — into single-family homes.
The properties were part of a six-building portfolio Kushner purchased from the Brooklyn Law School in 2014 for $36.5 million. The Pierrpont Street townhouse is also listed as a rental for $25,000 a month. The five-story brownstone was built in 1857 and was once home to shipping mogul Henry Cromwell. The home features a fireplace, a finished basement and a Roof Terrace.
