Bridgehampton firm promises to unload homes in 28 weeks

Bridgehampton-based Aman Developers has won approval to build its first “smart haus.” Owners Punit Chugh and Anjali Gupta will build a new office space off of Montauk Highway to showcase new homebuilding methods that offer energy efficiency, rapid construction and fixed costs.
