Halcyon Management filed plans Tuesday for the third building in its waterfront residential complex in Greenpoint, records from the Department of Buildings show.
The building proposed for 37 West Street would measure 366,608 square feet and top out at 33 stories. It would also hold 410 residential apartments. SLCE Architects is designing. Amenities include swimming pools and private terraces.
Halcyon’s Yoel Sabel did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Curbed reported that the plans were on the way last month, but reported that the unit count would be 532.
The developer previously filed construction plans for two other rental buildings at the site. The first, a 19-story, 234-unit building at 27 West Street, it filed plans for in 2015, and the second, a 14-story, 92-unit building at 37 West Street, it filed plans for this September.
Nearby, Mack Real Estate Group and Palin Enterprises are developing one of Greenpoint’s tallest buildings, a 40-story condo and rental tower at 21 India Street.
