Dreamed of moving to the suburbs but don’t want to give up that New York City lifestyle?
A sprawling mansion in Tribeca, which is so large that the wife of its creator dubbed it “our suburb,” is now on the market for a $34.5 million asking price, much lower than its original asking price of $48 million, according to the New York Post.
The home at 2 North Moore Street, owned by private equity boss Mark Zittman and his wife Noelle, spans 11,300 square feet and is six stories tall and 65 feet wide with 1,500 square feet of private outdoor space.
One tenant who works in finance currently lives in the pad for $95,000 a month. The Zittmans purchased the space in 2010 and paid $24 million for it. [NYP] – Eddie Small
