Direct mail marketing startup PebblePost is setting up new digs in Noho.

The firm snagged just under 20,000 square feet of space at the Flaster family’s 400 Lafayette Street, according to the Commercial Observer.

Pebblepost, which has raised $63 million since its founding in 2014, will move from its 5,000-square-foot space at 36 Cooper Square.

The company, which utilizes software to learn customers’ digital search habits and then targets them with printed advertisements for various products, will occupy the entire second floor of the five-story building, according to the CO.

The asking rent was reported at $75 a square foot. Other tenants at 400 Lafayette Street include SeatGeek, TripleLift and La Colombe Coffee Roasters.

The Flaster family has owned and occupied the building since 1979. Fantasy sports website DraftKings signed a 23,500-square-foot lease in 2015 and put the space on the submarket a year later amid talks of a merger with Fanduel. The merger fell apart earlier this year. [CO] James Kleimann
