Plans filed in October for the Guardian Realty Management project were for a 21,500-square-foot building with three floors of retail space, but renderings show that there will be about six or seven stories above the retail at least, according to New York YIMBY. The project is located at the corner of Park Row and Ann Street, and its design includes curved window panels and metal ribbons to separate the stores.
