The Trump Organization is joining the prebuilt office fad. The company, run by the president’s children Donald Jr. and Eric along with Allen Weisselberg, is marketing an entire floor at Trump Tower as built-out, ready-to-use spaces.
Newmark Knight Frank and Cushman & Wakefield are jointly marketing the spaces, the New York Post reported. Their challenge: convincing potential tenants that stringent security at the tower is worth putting up with.
The three spaces on the 17th floor span between 4,400 to 5,000 square feet each. The asking rent for one unit, with terraces and park view, is $105 per square foot. [NYP] — Konrad Putzier
