Greenpoint is getting another waterfront skyscraper.

Renderings have been revealed for RedSky Capital’s roughly 650,000-square-foot project at 18 India Street on the Greenpoint waterfront, according to New York YIMBY. The project has a unique layout, with different components layered on top of each other in a perpendicular fashion. It includes a green-brick façade and large rectangular windows as well.

RedSky is developing the site with JZ Capital Partners, and the project should be split between roughly 550,000 square feet of residential space and 100,000 square feet of retail space. It will likely have between 500 and 700 units.

Greenpoint’s waterfront will also be home to a 40-story tower called the Greenpoint nearby at 21 India Street. The project will have 95 condos and a roughly $143.6 million sellout, making it Brooklyn’s most valuable condominium filing accepted in 2017.  [NY YIMBY]Eddie Small
