In the underground shopping center below the Rockefeller Center a new hope for galaxy of retailers was unveiled this week.

The store is optimistically called Happy Returns and has collected about $12 million last year in VC money to expand their 50-store business which makes money off of online retailers, according to the New York Post.

The game is this: returning online purchases is a pain for everyone involved, so Happy Returns takes this off online retailers’ hands — for a fee, of course, and sets up shop, literally, so people can make their returns easily at a location near them.

Their location in the 43-square-foot space that used to be a ticket booth for the old Radio City Music Hall in Midtown is the store’s first Manhattan locale; they typically set up in malls.
