Simon & Schuster inked a 300,150-square-foot lease to stay at Tishman Speyer’s 1230 Sixth Avenue.
The CBS subsidiary’s new deal starts in 2019, the New York Post reported. Tishman Speyer took over the 763,000-square-foot office tower in 2001 as part of its $1.85 billion acquisition of a Rockefeller Center portfolio.
CBRE represented the tenant while Tishman Speyer was represented in-house.
