Updated, Jan. 25, 1:20 p.m.: Knotel inked a 24,000-square-foot lease in Soho as the flexible-office company continues to gobble up space across the city.
The lease at Olmstead Properties’ 584 Broadway has a 10-year term, the company said in a news release.
Skylight Real Estate brokered the deal.
Knotel also expanded its lease at the Wolfson family’s 1 State Street Plaza by 15,000 square feet, adding the 10th floor. Founded in 2015 by Amol Sarva and Edward Shenderovich, Knotel takes office space under long-term leases or management agreements and effectively sublets it to companies under flexible terms. The company plans to build its first ground-up development in Gowanus.
Correction: an earlier version of this post incorrectly claimed that this is Knotel’s first Soho space.
