Financial information service FactSet, one of Norwalk’s largest employers, will be moving its headquarters to Building and Land Technology’s Towers complex by the end of 2019, The Hour reported. FactSet will lease 173,000 square feet of office space at 45 Glover Avenue, one of three BLT-owned buildings on the site that used to be Xerox’s headquarters. BLT built the Towers at Merritt River in the early 2000s and is developing a 1,000-unit residential project in the area. FactSet is vacating the nearby Merritt 7 Office Complex, where Xerox, Aon and Frontier are now major tenants. [The Hour]
