UPDATED, April 7: 10:53 a.m.: March’s top 10 retail leasing deals were slightly higher than February’s in terms of square footage, continuing 2018’s overall trend.

The 10 biggest retail lease deals signed last month totaled 128,824 square feet, up 20,640 square feet from last month’s total of 108,184 square feet. The largest retail lease in March was inked in Noho.

1) Bandier, 670-674 Broadway, Noho – 27,500 square feet

The women’s activewear retailer inked a lease for 27,500 square feet of retail space for its flagship store at 670-674 Broadway. Brandon Charnas and Adam Henick of Warwick Capital Management represented the tenant. Paramount Group is the landlord of the building.

2) Time Out Market New York, 53-83 Water Street, DUMBO – 21,000 square feet

The market inked a lease for 21,000 square feet at 53-83 Water Street. Midtown Equities, Rockwood Capital and HK Organization are the landlords of the building.

3) Planet Fitness, 107-02 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills -16,500 square feet

The gym signed a lease for 16,500 square feet of retail space at 107-02 Queens Boulevard. Jack Chera, Morris Dabbah and Isaac Mograby of Crown Retail Services represented the tenant. Michelle Abramov of AssetCRG represented the landlord, DE Boulevard.

4) Morton Williams, 1251 Third Avenue, Upper East Side – 13,000 square feet

The supermarket chain inked a lease for 13,000 square feet of retail space at 1251 Third Avenue. Perry Rothenberg of Creative Leasing Concepts represented the tenant. Faith Hope Consolo of Douglas Elliman represented the landlord, 203 East 72nd Street Corp.

5) HaiDiLao, 38-18 Union Street, Flushing – 12,000 square feet

The Szechuan-inspired eatery signed a lease for 12,000 square feet at 38-18 Union Street. Yin Li of Savills Studley represented the tenant. Jonathan Plotkin and Kenny Yip of Colliers International represented the landlords, F&T Group, AECOM Capital and Rockefeller Group.

6) Dollar Tree, 137-20 Cross Bay Boulevard, Howard Beach – 9,999 square feet

The dollar store chain inked a lease for 9,999 square feet of retail space at 137-20 Cross Bay Boulevard in Queens. Richard Senior of Ripco Real Estate represented the tenant and landlord, Cross Bay Associates.

7) Pergola, 116 East 16th Street, Gramercy Park – 9,900 square feet

The Mediterranean-themed restaurant signed a 9,900 square feet of retail space at 116 East 16th Street. Jeff Geoghegan and Ravi Idnani of RKF represented the tenant. Joshua Smith of Samco Properties represented the landlord in-house.

8) Aerie, 75 Spring Street, Soho – 6,500 square feet

The apparel chain inked a lease for 6,500 square feet of retail space at 75 Spring Street. Jaclyn Totolo, Joshua Strauss and Karen Bellantoni of RKF represented the tenant. Greystone Management is the landlord of the building.

9) BIA, 676 Broadway, Noho – 6,225 square feet

The fitness concept signed a for 6,225 square feet of retail space at 676 Broadway. Daniel Bodner of Retail Worx represented the tenant. Philip Katz and Ilyssa Schwartberg of Katz NYC represented the landlord, Jordan Realty.

10) Sushi Inoue, 35 West 64th Street, Lincoln Square – 6,200 square feet

The restaurant inked a lease for 6,200 square feet of retail space at 35 West 64th Street. Joshua Siegelman, Charles Rapuano, Steven E. Baker and Michael Shkreli of Winick Realty Group represented the tenant and the landlord, Astoria Realty.
