Tishman Speyer has unveiled renderings of its 51-story condominium tower coming to Downtown Brooklyn.
The Chicago-based company Studio Gang will lead the design team, while Michaelis Boyd Associates will handle interior design, and Hollander Design will handle landscape design, according to Curbed. The project, located at 11 Hoyt Street next to Macy’s, will feature 480 apartments with an expected price range of $600,000 to more than $4 million.
Sales should launch this summer, and the project should be finished sometime in 2020. Corcoran Sunshine was tapped to lead marketing.
The Real Deal reported in November that a group led by JPMorgan Chase was in negotiations to provide Tishman Speyer with a $375 million loan for the development, which is expected to cost $685 million overall.
Tishman Speyer paid a combined $170 million in 2015 for the Macy’s parking garage, air rights and the upper levels of the store. [Curbed] – Eddie Small
