Simone said the new space will allow the hospital to consolidate clinical and administrative offices and expand clinical departments including women’s health, breast oncology, urology and orthopedics.

Simone recently refinanced its 300,000-square-foot Throggs Neck Shopping Center with a $68.5 million loan from French investment bank Natixis.
