Developer Anshel Friedman is planning to construct a mixed-use building in Flatbush with 105 units.
The building will stand seven stories tall at 2708 Snyder Avenue, according to plans filed Tuesday with the Department of Buildings. The project will span about 93,000 square feet overall, split between 71,800 square feet of residential space, 13,500 square feet of community space and 7,800 square feet of commercial space. It will replace a two-story community facility.
Friedman did not respond to a request for comment.
Friedman filed plans back in 2015 for a 12-story, 100,000-square-foot building with 125 residential units at 541 Fourth Avenue in Park Slope.
Elsewhere in Flatbush, A&H Acquisitions, Meral Property Group and Joyland Group filed plans earlier this year for a building at 2251 Nostrand Avenue that will span just under 62,000 square feet and include 38 residential units.
