Meredith Corporation has found another tenant to sublease its former space at 805 Third Avenue, as it moves its offices to Brookfield Place.
Gen II Fund Services will take on 48,000 square feet on the 24th and 25th floors, according to the New York Post. The asking rent was $65.
After merging with Time Inc. earlier this year, Meredith moved into Time’s offices at Brookfield Place. It sought to offload almost 200,000-square-feet in the building and in May it signed Kroll Bond Rating Agency to take over 98,000-square-feet.
The fund manager, which oversees close to $200 billion in private capital, was represented by CBRE in the deal and will move a couple blocks down from its current location at 825 Third, according to the Post.
