SL Green purchased 183-187 Broadway and 5-7 Dey Street in 2015. The company received permits last year to begin demolishing existing buildings on the sites. The pre-filing lists the project just as 185 Broadway, which has an identical block and lot as 187 Broadway.

The REIT is also developing One Vanderbilt, a $3.2 billion office tower in Midtown East. [YIMBY] —Kathryn Brenzel
