Erik Ekstein wants to fill block-long lot in Bushwick with 88 apartments.
The developer is planning a 102,000-square-foot residential building, including 17,000 square feet of retail and 20,000 square feet of healthcare and community space, a permit application filed with the city’s Department of Buildings on Wednesday shows.
Ekstein said renderings weren’t yet available for the development at 1389 Broadway, which is next to the Gates Avenue J and Z subway stop. GF55 Partners is the project’s architect of record.
In Manhattan, Ekstein is work on a 42-unit luxury condominium at 30 East 31st Street, where sales launched last year.
