The five-story home was sold by British interior designer Rebekah Caudwell and real estate developer Nicolas Dupart. Caudwell and Dupart bought the home for $9.5 million in 2012 and extensively renovated the property. The 9,800-square-foot house now reportedly has six bedrooms, six fireplaces, a home theater, gym and sauna, as well as a deck with a outdoor kitchen on the roof.

Yearly property taxes are nearly $103,000. [NYT]
