Omni, which primarily builds affordable housing, will be taking the space previously occupied by a division of the Interpublic Group of Companies.

JLL’s Alexander Chudnoff and Benjamin Bass represented the tenant and Vornado was represented in-house by Edward Riguardi and Ryan Levy, according to the report.

The company is leaving roughly 31,000 square feet at 1 Dag Hammarskjold Plaza, at 245 East 47th Street, in the first quarter of 2019. Omni has been there for about 10 years. The move will allow all its employees to be on one floor, the report said. [CO] — Meenal Vamburkar
