The Real Deal’s Danielle Balbi and Rich Bockmann sat down to discuss Eastdil’s potential suitors, as Wells Fargo gauges interest for the commercial brokerage while it looks to dispose of its non-core businesses. Balbi and Bockmann talked about recent broker defections, and whether the firm would remain specialized, or diversify some of its services like many of its multinational competitors.
