Insane Mill Basin mansion was listed at $30M in 2013 and finally sold for $10M
Brooklyn’s ridiculous Mill Basin mansion has finally found a buyer, and all it took was five years and a $20 million price cut.
The home, which is located in a gated compound at 2458 National Drive (but would probably fit in better in Miami), sold to an anonymous LLC controlled by Ryan Freedman of Corigin Ventures for $10 million, according to property records.
The 10-bedroom, 15-bath pad was initially listed for $30 million in 2013, making it the most expensive home in Brooklyn at the time. Amenities include a 1,000-square-foot pool, a downstairs wine cellar, a two-boat marina and a 40-person pavilion.

John Rosatti, a mob-connected multimillionaire, originally built and owned the house. He sold it for $3 million in the late 1990s to Galina Anisimova, a Russian heiress known for being the mother of the “Russian Paris Hilton.”
The mansion went through multiple price cuts over the years and most recently hit the market last summer with an $18 million asking price.
Freedman did not immediately respond to a request for comment, and Anisimova could not be reached.
