Bayfront Water Mill home lists for $30M

A 6,456-square-foot Midcentury modern-inspired home was just put on the market for $30 million, Curbed reported. Built in 1996, the home has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, a double-height living room and hardwood floors. The home was designed by Tod Williams who drew inspiration from local architect Charles Gwathmey. The 2.58-acre property on Mecox Bay also has a tennis court, waterside pool, a 50-foot dock and a lofted guest house. Doreen Atkins of Sotheby’s International Realty is representing the property. [Curbed]
