A 3,200-square-foot home that appeared in the film Innocence and HGTV’s Vacation House for Free has found a buyer, according to Curbed. Designed in 1985 by Cape Cod architect Sandy Charlesworth and built by Meberg and Pedersen, the house came on the market in January for $5.75 million and more recently listed for $5,496,000. The home has three ensuite bedrooms, a living room looking out on the water, a sunroom and a large stone fireplace. The 1.7-acre property is set back more than 150 feet from a 40-foot bluff. Patti Leber of Town & Country Real Estate is representing the listing. [Curbed]
