Prana Investments has purchased a Bronx portfolio for $28.4 million.

The company bought 3115 Sedgwick Avenue, 1562 Thieriot Avenue and 1580 Thieriot Avenue from the Morgan Group, according to property records. The Thieriot Avenue properties in Van Nest are five-story buildings with 103 total apartments, and the Sedgwick property in Bedford Park is a six-story building with 57 apartments.

This is the latest in a string of Bronx purchases Prana has made this year. The San Francisco-based company has also purchased a pair of apartment buildings in Fordham for $16.7 million, a 54-unit building at 2150 Creston Avenue in Tremont for $12.9 million and a 59-unit building at 114 East 168th Street for slightly less than $12 million.
