UPDATED, Oct. 5, 4:13 p.m.: Hedge fund billionaire and Milwaukee Bucks co-owner Marc Lasry parted ways with his Upper East Side townhouse.

The six-story property at 4 East 74th Street sold for $31.5 million to an anonymous buyer, according to records filed with New York City’s Department of Finance.

Last year, reports emerged that Keith Urban was considering buying the home — but his wife, actress Nicole Kidman, denied it.

Modlin Group’s Adam Modlin and Nina Tkachuk Perez had the listing. Attorney Michael Kent was the signatory for the buyer, who is listed in records as 4 East 74 LLC. The buyer appears to be Michael Thomas Danson, the London-based CEO of GlobalData Plc. Danson is listed at the borrower affiliated with the LLC in mortgage records.

It’s unclear, from property records, exactly when Lasry purchased the home. It was originally listed for $39 million and later cut to $35 million.

The townhouse spans roughly 12,000 square feet and has 10 wood-burning fireplaces. The building features limestone facades and a carved stone balcony above the entrance. It was also once home to artist Marc Chagall and Michael Jackson, according to the listing.
