Asking price for Sagaponack mansion drops to $15M after another reduction

A Sagaponack home that came on the market for 2015 for $22.9 million had another cut to its price tag, putting its ask now at $14.95 million, according to Curbed. The 8,900-square-foot home, which was designed by Frank Greenwald, has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and two more half-bathrooms. It also has a double-height living rooms, a wet bar in its library, a gourmet kitchen, butler’s pantry, a fireplace in the master suite, a wine cellar and geothermal heating and cooling. The grounds also have a pool, pool house, tennis court, gym and garage. The home is co-listed with the Corcoran Group and Sotheby’s International Realty.
