Another election season, another round of spending from the New York real estate industry.

The latest campaign contribution disclosures showed many real estate players are hedging their bets, with the Durst Organization contributing $35,000 to the New York State Senate Republican Campaign Committee and $15,000 to its Democratic counterpart, Crain’s reported.

Likewise, an anonymous LLC that appears to be linked to Rudin Management contributed $25,000 to the GOP organization and $15,000 to the Democratic side as well.

The largest nonunion donations to the Democrats came from RFR Realty, whose Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs chipped in a total of $50,000.

Additionally, REBNY’s PAC contributed $6,000 to the campaign of upstate Republican state Senator George Amedore, according to the publication.
