A unit at 70 Vestry Street — that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen were reportedly eyeing — is officially off the market.
Unit 12N sold for $25.5 million, according to records filed with New York City’s Department of Finance. The buyer is listed as NYBB Vestry LLC. The unit was listed for $29.5 million.
The Tribeca condo spans about 4,600 square feet and has about 1,800 square feet of outdoor space. The master suite has two walk-in closets — and the family room has a private terrace with a grill. The Robert A.M. Stern-designed building also has a private entrance and more than 8,000 square feet of health and wellness amenities.
The buyer’s signatory, William Walser, didn’t immediately respond to request for comment.
Last year, the Patriots quarterback and Bundchen were reportedly looking to snag a 12th-floor unit. The couple previously went into contract on a $20 million 11th-floor apartment in the building.
Earlier this month, film producer and director Jack Heller bought a unit in the building for $18.8 million. And last year, Related Companies found buyers for penthouses in the building listed for $50 million and $65 million.
Related Companies purchased the site in 2014 from longtime property owner Ponte Equities for $115 million. Related and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group are handling sales at the 47-unit building.
