The latest sponsor unit to close at 432 Park Avenue sold for $15 million.

The condo spans about 3,500 square feet and has a private elevator landing. The home also boasts a windowed eat-in kitchen and a master suite with two master bathrooms.

In October, Alex von Furstenberg, the son of fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg and stepson of billionaire Barry Diller, bought a unit at the 96-story tower for $10.75 million.

Earlier this year, the developers said 432 Park passed the $2 billion sales milestone. At the time, they said 48 units sold for more than $20 million each. Sales launched at the project in 2015 — and have accounted for some of the priciest residential deals in the city.
