Kim Tasher is planning yet another Bronx development.
Tasher’s company SKF Development filed plans with the Department of Buildings on Thursday for an eight-story, 91-unit residential building at 218 Bush Street in Mount Hope. The project would span about 66,000 square feet.
SKF Development purchased the site in July for $490,000, according to property records. The firm did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The firm recently closed on a $2.8 million purchase of 2732, 2736 and 2738 Creston Avenue as well, where they are planning to construct a 66-unit, 44,120-square-foot building, according to Westbridge Realty Group president Steven Westreich, who brokered the sale.
SKF has been on a development tear in the Bronx. In December alone, the firm inked a 99-year ground lease at 1760 Boone Avenue for a 77-unit project and filed plans for a 92-unit residential building at 829 Tilden Street. It is also planning a 101-unit building at 976 Woodycrest Avenue, an 88-unit building at 246 Echo Place and a 71-unit building at 2306 Webster Avenue.
