A 10,000-square-foot estate in North Haven that previously listed for $9.5 million in July 2016 has been brought back on the market for $6.75 million, Curbed reported. The move comes after the home’s price was dialed back to $8.85 million in November 2016, according to the outlet, but failed to attract enough buyer interest and was pulled from the market. The home at 49 Robertson Drive, which is near Sag Harbor, was designed by local architect David Sherwood. The 2-acre property has eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, a glass sunroom, chef’s kitchen, theater and wine cellar, as well as second floor master suite with a private balcony. There is also a pool, hot tub, pergola and a two-car garage with lift capability. The home comes with deeded access to a nearby beach and mooring rights. Frank and Dawn Bodenchak of Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing. [Curbed]
