Mark your calendars: These are NYC’s top real estate events next week

There will be a few new real estate events next week!

From March 27th to March 28th, iGlobal Forum is hosting its 20th Annual Real Estate Private Equity Summit East at the Harmonie Club, 4 East 60th Street. Come to this event to network, hear from over 200 real estate professionals on real estate investing and take part in interactive workshops. Speakers at this event include Mark Romanczuk, vice president of the real estate financing group at Goldman Sachs, and Michael Odell, director of capital markets at MPI.

On March 28th, Bisnow is hosting its National Industrial & Logistics Summit at the New York Bar Association, 42 West 44th Street from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This event features networking opportunities, along with discussion concerning industrial expansion and the demands of new developments. Benjamin Butcher of STAG Industrial and Dov Hertz of DH Property Holdings will be among the speakers at the event.

Also on March 28th, DisruptCRE is holding its New York event for 2019 at 605 West 42nd Street from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. This event will focus on the current role of technology in commercial real estate and how innovation can propel that role to new heights. Speakers at the event include Jamie Hodari, CEO of Industrious, and Amol Sarva, CEO of Knotel.

Lastly on March 28th, FirstService Residential is hosting its Emergency Preparedness Symposium for 2019 at the company headquarters, 622 3rd Avenue from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. This event aims to provide insight on emergency preparedness for property managers through multiple sessions and interactive panel discussion. John Foley, senior vice president of FirstService Project Management, and John Buckheit, FDNY chief of fire prevention will give speaking appearances at the event.
