On April 16, Bisnow is holding its Multifamily Annual Conference for the Tri-State area at the Manhattan Center, 311 West 34th Street from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This event will offer network opportunities and will feature discussions what’s currently shaping the outlook of the tri-state area’s multifamily space. On April 19, the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business is hosting its 4th Annual Titans of Real Estate event at Cipriani, 110 East 42nd Street from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Speakers at the event include Richard Baker of Hudson’s Bay Company, Kenneth Himmel of Related Urban and Matt Bronfman of Jamestown, who will discuss the intricacies of self-sustaining cities within metropolitan areas.
