Health care service provider Med Review is doubling down at Jack Resnick & Sons’s 199 Water Street.

The company, a subsidiary of the New York County Health Services Review Organization, has renewed and expanded its lease at the building to over 72,000 square feet, the New York Post reported, making for a roughly 35,000-square-foot increase.

Med Review’s main offices are located on the 27th floor of the 35-story tower, according to its website.

Nonprofit mentoring company iMentor also signed a nearly 23,000-square-foot lease at the tower, bringing total leasing activity this year to nearly 380,000 square feet. More than half of that total went to WeWork, which inked a massive 200,000-square-foot on floors 30 to 35 in February.

About 100,000 square feet remain available at 199 Water Street after the latest deals, which had asking prices of around $60 per square foot. Other tenants include Howard Hughes Corporation, Epsilon Data Management, BGC Partners and Allied World Insurance Company. [NYP] — Kevin Sun
