Moët Hennessy may be moving its New York headquarters to 7 World Trade Center.

The French liquor giant is in talks with landlord Silverstein Properties to take a 90,000-square-foot spread, Crain’s New York reported. Plus, Skidmore, Owings and Merrill made a deal in the same building.

Moët Hennessy is currently at 85 10th Avenue in West Chelsea. Meanwhile, SOM, the designer of 7 WTC, will relocate from 14 Wall Street to a roughly 90,000-square-foot space through a sublease with the building’s largest tenant, ratings agency Moody’s.

The tower, finished in 2006, was the first rebuilt after the 9/11 attacks.

Other big tenants have also signed leases or expanded in other office buildings at the WTC. Spotify grew to more than 550,000 square feet at 4 World Trade Center last year. And this year, liquor company Diageo leased about 90,000 square feet at 3 World Trade Center, and other recent tenants at the building, include Hudson River Trading and mattress company Casper.
