The latest amenity for NYC resi buildings? Hangover “cures”

Residents at 40 Bleecker Street will have access to IV drips, scurvy prevention

A condo building under construction in Manhattan will offer residents a built-in hangover “cure.”

Occupants of Noho’s 40 Bleecker Street will have access to at-home IV drips, along with an infrared sauna and cryotherapy treatments, according to the New York Post. The amenities come courtesy of a partnership with the wellness boutique chain Clean Market, which will also have a location in the building.

The project will reportedly be the first condo in the city to include these perks.

Residents will be able to use NutriCALM IV, which is marketed as a relaxation aid, and MEGA Recovery IV, which claims to help bring strong hangovers under control. They will have access to cryofacials and rounds of Vitamin C as well.
