Eliot Spitzer and his fiancee, Roxana Girand, have reportedly dropped $4.37 million on two Upper East Side condos.

The real estate developer and former governor purchased the adjacent units inside the Concorde at 220 E. 65th Street in an off-market deal, according to the New York Post.

The 24th-floor units measure 2,276 square feet, combined. Amenities at the building include a pool, a gym and valet parking.

Girand, his fiance since 2017 and founder of Sebastian Capital, already owned a unit in the building. In an interview with The Real Deal in 2019, Spitzer said the couple met through a real estate lawyer.

The sellers are reportedly Ahron Haspel, a former senior partner at KPM, and his wife Ruth. Spitzer purchased the condos using his own name.

Spitzer now heads his later father’s real estate firm, Spitzer Enterprises, which is most recently known for developing a luxury residential building at 420 Kent Avenue, along the Williamsburg waterfront.

Spitzer has three daughters, Elyssa, Sarabeth and Jenna, from his previous marriage. Asked in 2019 if he is likely to enter politics again, he told TRD: “No. [I’m] running for the hills.”
