Shark Tank star Robert Herjavec has sold his One57 condominium in Manhattan for $38.8 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Herjavec purchased the property in 2021 for $34.5 million at a $13M discount. The 6,200-square-foot unit, which spans a full floor, has four bedrooms, a private landing, Venetian plaster ceilings, herringbone Brazilian wood floors and a view of Central Park. The apartment also includes much of Herjavec’s furniture.
Agent Jorge Lopez of Compass said the property was sold slightly above asking price after a bidding war. Lopez declined to name the buyer.
Herjavec told the Journal that he sold the property because he is spending more time on the West Coast.
Extell Development’s 90-unit tower offers amenities including a fitness center, pool, garage and hotel services from the Park Hyatt Hotel on the lower floors.
Herjavec’s sale stands in contrast to declining sales values in recent years at One57, amid competition from newer towers on Billionaires’ Row. Several units have traded for nearly $10 million less than their initial asking prices.
