New York City office leasing is seeing a busy closing of the year.

Tenants signing the biggest office leases of November included a law firm, a hedge fund, Apple and Verizon.

1) Ropes & Gray | 1285 Sixth Avenue | Midtown West | 535K sf

The law firm inked a massive new lease in the Midtown West building, where it will move in three years, after its lease at 1211 Sixth Avenue expires. Mark Weiss of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant alongside Moshe Sukenik of Newmark, while William Elder of RXR represented the landlord in-house.

2) TPG | 66 Hudson Boulevard | Hudson Yards | 301K sf

The private equity firm inked a new lease in the Hudson Yards building known as The Spiral. The lease has reportedly been in the works since July, but has only now been finalized. The building is owned by Tishman Speyer.

3) Verizon | 60 Hudson Street | Tribeca | 172K sf

The wireless internet company signed a deal to renew its lease in the Tribeca building, which is owned by the U.K.-based Cordiant Digital Infrastructure.

4) Balyasny Asset Management | 767 Fifth Avenue | Plaza District | 164K sf

The hedge fund inked a big expansion in the General Motors Building, more than doubling its footprint. The building is owned by BXP, formerly known as Boston Properties.

5) Gen II Fund Services | 1675 Broadway | Midtown West | 98K sf

The private equity fund administrator signed a new lease in the Midtown West building. William Iacovelli of CBRE represented the tenant, while John Maher and Gregg Rothkin of CBRE represented the landlord, Publicis Groupe.

6) Churchill Asset Management | 375 Park Avenue | Plaza District | 78K sf

The asset management firm signed a new 10-year lease in the Plaza District building. Scott Vinett of Savills represented the tenant alongside Chris Joyner of Fischer Corporate Real Estate, while AJ Camhi and Paul Milunec of RFR Holding represented the landlord in-house.

7) Apple | 11 Penn Plaza | Penn Plaza | 61K sf

The tech giant has expanded its offices in the Penn Plaza building. David Endelman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Scott Gottlieb of CBRE represented the sublandlord, Macy’s.

8) Federative Republic of Brazil | 220 East 42nd Street | Murray Hill | 53.1K sf

The consulate general inked a 10-year expansion in the Murray Hill building, doubling its footprint. Peter Trivelas and Justin Royce of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while a four-member Cushman & Wakefield team including Harry Blair and Tara Stacom represented the landlord, SL Green Realty.

9) The New York State Executive Chamber | 919 Third Avenue | Midtown East | 53K sf

The governor’s office inked a new lease in the Midtown East building, owned by SL Green.

10) Guidehouse | 75 Rockefeller Plaza | Plaza District | 45K sf

The consulting firm inked a new 10-year lease in the Plaza District building. Bruce Mosler and Anthony LoPresti of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Daniel Birney, Walter Rooney and Heidi Steinegger of RXR represented the landlord in house alongside Ethan Silverstein, Connor Daugstrup and Bianca Di Mauro of Cushman & Wakefield.
