Claudine De Niro sells Tribeca condo asking $8M

Buyer is owner of famed Marble House, the building’s triplex maisonette

Claudine De Niro Moves Tribeca Condo For A Premium

It’s been a good week to be the ex-wife of a De Niro.

Claudine De Niro, the ex-wife of Raphael, has entered into contract on her Tribeca condo asking $8 million, according to StreetEasy.

That deal came just days after Grace Hightower, the ex of Robert De Niro (Raphael’s father), sold her Central Park West co-op for $18 million.

Unlike Hightower, who sold her home for a loss, Claudine looks to have had a buy-low, sell-high strategy.

Raphael bought the home, unit 2B at 60 Collister Street, for $3.5 million in 2012; in 2020, Claudine received ownership shares worth over $1 million, according to public records.

In 2023, Claudine, who is an agent at Compass, listed the home with an asking price of $7.8 million.

Casa Blanca’s Hannah Bomze took over the listing with its new, higher price, earlier this year. Bomze declined to comment on the deal.

The nearly 4,000-square-foot apartment leans into its Downtown-loft features, with exposed wood beam ceilings and white brick walls, and a great room spanning over 1,000 square feet.

The home has four bedrooms; the primary suite comes with a walk-in closet, tri-head steam shower, heated floors and large tub. Two other bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms.

The condo has tenants in place through the end of July.

The buyers are the owners of the building’s most well-known unit, a triplex maisonette known as the “Marble House,” according to a source familiar with the transaction. The unit’s owners, who bought the 80-foot-wide home for over $17 million in 2022, will likely combine the two units.

The Marble House comes with its own 45-foot-long pool, along with a sauna and steam room — and of course, lots of marble. The home, designed by former owner and “8 Mile” producer Stuart Parr, features four different types of imported marble across its 9,200 square feet.

Claudine and Raphael founded the De Niro Team at Douglas Elliman in 2004, and in 2010 appeared eighth on The Real Deal’s list of top brokers in the city.

The pair separated in 2015 before finalizing their divorce in 2020. Claudine joined Compass shortly thereafter, where she works across Miami and New York City, according to her personal website.
