Kirsten Jordan is departing Douglas Elliman.

The broker is taking her four-person eponymous team to Corcoran, the brokerage and Jordan confirmed. The team ranked 19th in The Real Deal’s most recent ranking of New York City agents, with $68.8 million in volume across 13 deals.

Jordan began her career at Elliman in 2008. She left in 2017 for Compass before returning in 2021, a year after she joined Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York” as its first female star. She appeared on the show’s ninth season before the series was canceled in 2022.

Joining Jordan in the move are brokers Lindsay Coleman, Isabella Oledzka, Amy Solomon and Thomas Malloy. Two Corcoran agents, Celine Mariton-Gamble and Noah Studenroth, are joining the team with its arrival at the firm.

Jordan told The Real Deal that she was “just so grateful to Elliman — they’ve been so generous. But this is the right move, the right fit.”

Corcoran ranked first in TRD’s most recent ranking of New York City brokerages, with $4.97 billion across 1,828 deals. Elliman ranked third, trailing Compass, with $3.95 billion across 1,730 deals.

Elliman has lost some noteworthy agents in key markets to its brokerage rivals in recent months, following a turbulent year marked by financial losses and dramatic executive shakeups

Between January and September 2024, 39 agents across New York, California, Florida and Texas — with a total self-reported sales volume of roughly $1 billion — left Elliman for Compass.

“We wish Kirsten the best in her next endeavor,” a spokesperson for Elliman said in a statement.

Jordan has set multiple neighborhood price records across the city, Corcoran said in a press release, including deals for a $4.8 million penthouse sale at Arris Lofts in Long Island City, Queens and a $2.6 million penthouse at The Conover in Red Hook, Brooklyn.

She recently closed on a $10 million sale at the Witkoff Group and Access Industries’ One High Line

Corcoran CEO Pam Liebman said she was “thrilled to welcome Kirsten.”

“She’s widely recognized as a standout in the industry, thanks to her deep market expertise and unwavering commitment to her clients,” Liebman said in a statement.

This article has been updated to include the full team of agents Jordan is taking to Corcoran. Also, a statement from Elliman was updated to correct the spelling of Jordan’s name.
