Brooklyn’s luxury contracts added another week to its busy streak.

The 22-foot-wide home, last asking $10 million, was one of 22 contracts signed for homes asking at least $2 million from May 20 to May 26, according to Compass’ weekly report. The total contract volume for deals last week topped $74 million, ahead of the $68 million in combined asking across the 22 deals reported in the previous period.

During the same week last year, there were 21 contracts signed for over $61 million.

The townhouse, at 219 Kane Street, spans 3,800 square feet and comes with a 50-foot-deep garden in the back. The six-bedroom, three-bathroom home has a private parking garage.

The restoration maintained the home’s original hardwood flooring, staircase and marble fireplace. It also comes with three working fireplaces, a small deck off the parlor floor and a large terrace off of the primary bedrooms on the second floor.

Douglas Elliman’s Lindsay Barton Barrett, Taylor Schultz and Caroline Kasey had the listing.

The Elliman team took over the listing from Brown Harris Stevens, which was behind the initial listing last summer for $11 million.

The second priciest contract last week was for a condo unit at One Prospect Park West asking $5.2 million, or $2,113 per square foot.

Unit 6G spans 2,460 square feet and comes with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and an office.

The apartment, which last sold for $4.4 million in 2022, was renovated by Seattle-based designer Heidi Callier.

The seller originally listed the home with Corcoran for $6.5 million last fall before taking it off the market and relisting it with Compass’ Todd Lewin and Michael Rubin of the Lewin and Rubin Team this spring.

One Prospect Park West, originally built in 1920, was redeveloped by Sugar Hill Capital Partners and finished in 2020. Since then, the 55-unit development has had a number of deals top the Brooklyn luxury market.

Lewin and Rubin also sold apartment 3A for $6.2 million and unit 3B for $4.9 million, both of which closed this year. It’s Lewin and his team’s sixth sale in the building.

The building comes with an attended lobby and library, a rooftop with private gardens and a fitness studio.

There were contracts signed on 10 condos, 11 houses and one co-op last week, which had a median asking price of just under $3 million and average price per square foot of $1,426.
