The company paid $11.9 million for the pad in 2016. The four-bedroom unit spans 4,100 square feet, pricing the latest transaction at roughly $3,500 per square foot. Richard Ziegelasch with Corcoran represented the seller.
🏆 Commercial: Rego Park had the priciest real estate transaction recorded in New York. The sellers were entities linked to the LeFrak Organization, and the buyer was the State Preservation Housing Development Fund Corp., which purchased two multifamily properties at 65-44 Saunders Street, known as The Tennessee, and 63-60 98th Street, known as The Washington, for a total of $33.3 million. LeFrak had owned the properties for decades.
